Return cases:
- You are entitled to return the goods if the product is damaged by the manufacturer.
- Delivered the wrong quantity in the order (usually in case of over-delivery)
Exchange cases:
- Delivered wrong product, damaged goods during delivery.
- Goods are not as described on the website (color, design, function, origin)
Items not eligible for return:
- We accept return and exchange of all items (except for items that are gifts or bundled products when there is a promotion).
Conditions – time to return goods:
- Conditions on time to return: Within 03 days from the date of receipt of the goods, the customer can request to exchange/return the product.
- Product condition: The product is in original stamp, not dirty, damaged, scratched, smelly, used. Full accessories or gifts (if any)
- Determining the time the customer receives the product is based on the employee’s note on the delivery note or the postmark if sent to the province.
